The CICA Secretariat and ATFBank signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on April 4th, 2007 with the aim to advance the goals and objectives of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia. Subject to the Memorandum the CICA Secretariat pledges to promote as possible the interests of Kazakh banking sector, including those of ATFBank, in the CICA space. "ATFBank" in its turn has confirmed its willingness to extend to the CICA Secretariat the services of international standards, including free operational services of the Secretariat accounts.

ATFBank was established in June 1995. In May 2006 ATFBank has successfully launched eurobonds for the amount of 350 million US Dollars with for repayments in 2016. In November 2006 EUROMONEY recognized ATFBank as the leading bank in Corporate Governance in Emerging Europe.
