1. Driver to DED (Deputy Executive Director)

• Job description:
  - Observing Traffic Rules and Regulation and maximum speed limit as prescribed by the Land Transportation Office;
  - maintaining assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition;
  - reading maps;
  - observing strictly the Secretariat’s rules and regulations, policies and directives and instruction;
  - any extra assignments given by Deputy Executive Director.
• Qualifications:
  - minimum five years driving experience;
  - qualification of all driving categories;
  - proficiency in information technology;
  - working knowledge in Russian and English is essential.
