    Ambassador Gong Jianwei, Executive Director of CICA participated in the Twenty first Ministerial Council of OSCE held in Basel, Switzerland on 4-5 December 2014. Ambassador Gong also had a bilateral meeting with the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier on the sidelines of the Ministerial Council meeting and discussed issues of mutual interest.
